I was waiting for a beautiful sunset at Brazoria National Wildlife Refuge in Texas in 2016. Right next to me, I noticed that this Eastern Meadowlark was quietly sitting and enjoying the evening sun. It was such a peaceful time spending time with local wildlife and watching the sunset together 😀
