The Woodlands Market Street Spring Art Show

A bald cypress forest from Caddo Lake, Texas, is one of my images displayed as a canvas wrap at The Woodlands Market Street Fine Art Show.   It’s time for one of my most favorite art shows in the greater Houston area – The Woodlands Market Street Spring Fine Art Show! As a nature lover, I admire The Woodlands — a beautiful town designed to incorporate native nature and trees in its landscape. As the community has developed, the town retained many trees originally growing on the land instead of knocking them down. I always enjoy their nice shade under the canopy of trees and a feeling of being surrounded by nature everywhere I go. This Saturday many local artists (me too!) showcase their art at a Central Park in the town of The Woodlands. Here is the information of The Woodlands Market Street Fine Art Show – When: May 6, 2017 From 10am to 7pm (If it’s rained out, the show will be held on May 13 instead. ) Location:  Central Park at Market Street (9595 Six Pines Dr, The Woodlands, TX 77380, the park is at the center of the shopping area). Check out the map here . Hope I see…

Christmas Art Market in Fulshear, Texas

Texas autumn colors - lost maple

The orange leaves of a bigtooth maple looked very beautiful in front of a green forest at Lost Maples State Natural Area in Texas.   Back from a quick trip to Japan — now I am printing and preparing for the upcoming show this weekend! It looks like my last art show of this year before Christmas will be at OLDE THYME CHRISTMAS MARKET in Fulshear, Texas (On Dec. 6 9AM-4PM @ 8418 Harris Street, Fulshear, TX). I will have special items good for Christmas gifts – Some of my images are printed on coasters! They actually turned out quite nice. Come and check them out this Saturday! Looking forward to seeing many of you 🙂

The Woodlands Market Street Art Show

The Woodlands Market Street Fine Art Show

One of my most favorite towns in the greater Houston area is The Woodlands. Why? As the community has develped, the town retained many trees on the land instead of knocking them down. They give nice shade in the summer and a feeling of being surrounded by nature everywhere I go. And this Saturday, I will be joining The Woodlans Market Street Art Show to showcase my fine art nature photography. The Market Street is a cute and beautiful shopping area in The Woodlands. If I lived nearby, I would go there every weekend to enjoy their restaurants, boutiques, or coffee shops. Interested? Come and check out the area as well as fine art by local artists! Here is the information of The Woodlands Market Street Art Show – When: October 18, 2014 From 10am to 7pm (If it’s rained out, the show will be held on Oct. 25 instead. ) Location:  Central Park at Market Street (9595 Six Pines Dr, The Woodlands, TX 77380, the park is at the center of the shopping area). If I am correct, my booth is close to Cold Stone Cremery. I love Cold Stone 🙂 Hope I see many of you guys this Saturday!

The Gapstow Bridge in Central Park in Autumn Colors

I am a featured artist at a very nice and cozy beautiful gallery in Fulshear, TX until September 12, 2014. The gallery  is operated by Arts Fulshear, a non-profit organization that dedicates itself to the appreciation of arts, the support of local artists and the education of the community. They are truly doing amazing jobs. The sales of my pieces at the gallery will help the organization, too. There will be a closing reception with wine tasting and a music band on the last day, too. First Saturday Arts Market – 10 Years of Awesome!

The green leaves of bald cypress trees popped out of gray spanish moss, making the leaves look like splashes of green paint.   Thank you very much for visiting my booth at First Saturday Arts Market 10th anniversary in Houston, TX.
